At The Modern Keep, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with any tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, please email us at themodernkeep@outlook.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at themodernkeep@outlook.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Personal care products where opened or used
• Hazardous materials, flammable products or restricted items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at themodernkeep@outlook.com.
